Instead of hiding the difficult spots in our playing, we bring them into the open and solve them step-by-step using practice techniques that actually work.
In every Practiclass, Gregg works live with musicians on the exact passages that keep breaking down in performance and shows you how to solve them quickly and effectively.

In this class, we celebrate mistakes. We take the nasty sections that always trip us up — the ones we work and work and work on in practice and still can't pull off in performance.
We'll make them better, easier, cleaner, and faster in about 20 minutes.
Seriously. Come to a Practiclass and see it.

We start with two practicers. I work with each one to master a section that's been causing trouble, and as we go along, I show you, the audience, exactly what I'm doing so you can take it straight into your own practice. Then I take your questions.
Want to be one of the two who gets that much better that fast?
Two spots each class go to practicers who work one-on-one with me — and it's a lot of fun!
Don't worry, you won't have to "perform" or play a whole piece. We go right to the spots that give you trouble and apply the techniques one step at a time.
Maybe you have a performance coming up and aren't sure the hard parts will be ready. Maybe you just want to finally lock something in during practice. Or maybe you can play well but would like things to feel more comfortable onstage, and get more done in less time in practice.
We'll fix it. Any style, all instruments: Bach to rock, beginner to advanced.
If you see yourself in any of the players in this video, a Practiclass is for you.
Better practice works at every stage of the musical journey:

“…the method, and then the process made me a believer in about half an hour…and I have to admit the progress has been very encouraging. A summer in Aspen didn't fix some of the problems I've begun to truly remedy in just a week 'feeling the blearn.'”

“When he has students experience what it feels like to get better than they ever thought they could, and how to do more and more of it in their practice, there is an excitement that runs through them, and fuels the kind of work any teacher wants in their students. Highly recommended!”

“As a psychologist, I can say he is certainly on the money when it comes to incorporating the latest neuropsychological research findings into his work.”
